Thanks to you and your wonderful staff and all the effort you've given in bringing your business to the for front of the technical age, we've been able to decorate and furnish our home through most of the items we've bought at your sales Laurie and the girls where a dream and delight to work with. We wanted to take a moment, now that the tempo of events has quieted, to thank you for making our moving sale and total cleanout of the house manageable and at times even enjoyable learned a lot from you as you priced, negotiated and helped people to choose items that we hoped would find new homes. We know that we would not have been able to organize the day, direct the players and finish the task of leaving the house clean and ready to turn over to the new owners, without your direction and help.
. When everyone else was tired at the end of the long process, there you were continuing to lead and making sure that every room, drawer and closet was checked and clear.

Dear Madeline, Well, all the pieces are in our home awaiting a good, thorough cleaning. We sit and admire each of them. Already, despite the obvious messiness of the pieces, we love them all! They are beautiful; true examples of a by-gone time when people cared a bit more about quality, design, craftsmanship. We are admiring each but, can't truly call them (completely) our own until we take this time to stop and express our thanks to you for facilitating our purchase. Our daughter Kerry is in love with you and your business acumen; you were so very good to her! In the Spring of 2009, I contacted Full of Surprizes to conduct an estate sale at my late mother’s home on Long Island. Since I am living in California, I entrusted Madeline Winn to run the sale for me in my absence. In addition to appraising and selling over 50 years worth of antiques, furniture, and collectibles, Madeline also negotiated on my behalf with the new buyers who had a lengthy list of items they wished to purchase from the estate. I was extremely pleased with the way Madeline handled the sale. She did a wonderful job advertising, and almost all the contents were sold in one day. I was very satisfied with the prices realized through the sale. After the sale Madeline hired a crew to do the final cleanout for me. When I flew out to walk through the house before the closing, it was completely empty. Madeline was very professional and I enjoyed working with her. I would highly recommend Madeline to anyone contemplating an estate sale.
Going through an estate sale can be an ordeal, but Madeline made this process as painless as possible.

I want to thank you so much for the wonderful job you did handling our father's estate. As you know, with my sister living in Florida and me in New Jersey, handling all the logistics of an estate sale was just not possible and was actually extremely overwhelming due to the shear amount of furniture, art,silver, dishes etc. Fortunately for us, our father had previously met with you and was very emphatic that we call you in the event of his passing. He said that of all the people he had interviewed, you were the most knowledgeable, respectful of his needs and well organized (an extremely important criterion for him). We agree with his assessment! Your handling of our father's estate took a large weight off our responsibilities. We were in contact frequently and you were always respectful of my concerns as, given the sadness and suddenness of our loss, we had difficulty letting go of many possessions that were meaningful to our parents but that we could not keep. Your extensive email list and contacts ensured that the vast majority of items were sold with care and for appropriate values and your final cleanup was a job we never could have tackled! Dear Madeline, I want to tell you how pleased I was with you, and FULL OF SURPRIZES…I have to begin by saying that I initially was so overwhelmed by the idea of a sale, as I was moving and had to sell pretty much everything in my house. And being a true skeptic, I never thought anyone would even come to the sale, or buy anything…. You are truly a professional, who came to into my home, that was in disarray and made me feel comfortable in what you were going to do. You are honest, fair, and excellent at getting the word out, and your people in. Your girls were also fantastic- they came in, set up everything like it was a department store, on tables, so neatly and quickly. You priced things to sell, but fairly. And, no one was more full of surprizes than I was at how smoothly the day went and how much they bought!!!! I don’t know what I would have done without you, so thank you so very much for making this a memorable (and profitable) experience. After being in the antique and collectibles business for many years, it is a pleasure to go to a tag sale that is professionally run and staffed with the nicest people around. The directions and signs leading to the sale are terrific, and upon arrival being met by pleasant people is a plus.
The items shown on the websight are in the sale and not sold before hand, giving everyone a chance to purchase. Objects in the home are realistically priced and the staff is willing to work with you when buying in quantity.
